Printing Methods

Screen Printing

We use Plastisol Ink cured at 400 degrees to ensure your pints never crack, fade or transfer. Fully cured screen printing is the longest lasting prints in the industry.

This method allows the use of specialty inks such as:

Ultra Vibrant Pantone Color Matching
Crystalline (an iridescent glitter)
Reflective Silver + Metallics
Glow-In-The-Dark + U.V. Reflective
Puff (raised texture)
Holographic Adhesive (for use with foils)

When using proper color separations and gradients screen printing can be used for a wide variety of designs, patterns, and textures and on many different garments!

This method also allows for bulk printing, an automatic press can run over 200 shirts per hour!

Direct to Garment (DTG)

DTG is a great printing method for large designs with lots of colors and fine details. Images with proper resolution maintain excellent quality and the fabric remains light and breathable, regaurdless of how large the print is or how many colors are used!

This method is also preferred for smaller or customized orders, as each shirt is made one at a time.

Direct to Film (DTF)

of all the printing methods DTF allows us the most freedom with print locations. Because each garment us made by hand and one at a time (without the use of a platen, like screen printing and DTG) we can choose to place the print anywhere.

This method allows for the most customization and also has specialty materials available, such as:

Vibrant colors
Glitter
Holographic Disco (similar to sequins)
Gold Foil (ultra metallic)
Puff (raised texture)
Reflective
Glow-In-The-Dark
Thermochromatic (color changes with heat)
Pearl (iridescent)
